Who is Expert University? We’re a small online education/software company based in Las Vegas, NV that creates online training programs and web-based software primarily for the small business market.
Why are you charging us? This is either a recurring charge for Wholesale Buying Club, VIP Deals Club, or a one-time charge for the Supplier Station supplier files, the YouTube 2.0 training program, or the WP Site Proctor plugin.
Doesn’t ring a bell? If the product names above don’t ring a bell, you may want to ask around the office. We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the product.
Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. You can also log into your account, click the Account tab, and you’ll see a list of all the invoices we’ve sent.
How do I cancel my account? If you know the product you’re signed up for you can cancel your account at any time. Just log into your account, click the “Account” tab, and click the Cancel link. Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.
Can we get a refund? Yes! Of Course! Each program has their own refund policy, please see the refund policy stated on each product offering for further details.
